Actor Recruitment
RoleplayUK is committed to providing outstanding customer service and excellent performance from the actors and associates it represents. We aim to work in an open and accountable way, in order to build and safeguard the trust, loyalty and respect of all our stakeholders. One of the ways in which we can ensure an excellent customer experience is to recruit and train the best actors and theatre professionals to work with us and with our clients.
It is RoleplayUK’s policy only to recruit actors with a CDET or NCDT accredited drama school training. All actors will undergo an audition with our Creative Director and a competency based interview with at least one other Company Director. Once an actor has passed the audition, and in order to qualify for representation by the Company, he is required to attend and complete a Roleplayer Development Day run by the Company.
