I've been an actor with RPUK since 1999 and although the talent pool is huge, it doesn't stop the RPUK team dealing with us as individuals. The nature of the work is often immensely challenging, and it's reassuring to know that you have support from the office when you need it. They're also brilliant at passing on positive feedback. It's rewarding to have your efforts recognised. On a practical note, I always have a contract for every job, and they pay on time.
