Requirement:

The assurance director at Serco briefed RoleplayUK to raise awareness of the company’s values and corporate responsibility efforts at its national conference.

Solution:

In consultation with Serco’s Director of Assurance we took Wiltons Music Hall, as inspiration for our theme, ‘comparing modern day corporate responsibility with Victorian philanthropy’. We included morality songs, moving monologues, heart-wrenching melodrama and direct challenges to the audience to form an interactive, entertaining and above all, sincere platform for Serco’s messages.

Requirement:

RMD Kwikform needed to address some of their global training issues and wanted a solution that would combine technical product knowledge with sales training.

Solution:

In consultation with the RMD sales team RoleplayUK produced a creative concept and an agreed schedule for the production of three training videos.
The scripts were specific to RMD Kwikform’s culture and contained scenarios that reflected ‘real life’ situations faced by the sales team. The videos were consciously directed and structured to highlight learning points and illustrate both good and bad sales practices for discussion in the training room.
