ASK Europe had been contracted by their client a ‘Petrochemical company’ to provide training at both their UK and International offices in Singapore.  They had worked with us in this country and knew that we provided high calibre actors who are fully trained. They also knew that we had excellent contacts and a proven track record of successfully providing locally sourced actors for similar events abroad.

Requirement

ASK needed RPUK to provide actors in Singapore. The aim was to train delegates to take ownership of a difficult problem/situation and the scenarios were to be based on real life situations faced by the participants during their working day. The actors would portray a person creating difficulties within the working environment.

Solution

• Our agent in Singapore had worked with us on several different projects and understood our business and expectations. By working closely with them we were able confidently to provide the client with experienced local actors without any compromise on quality.
• The actors provided had local knowledge and were bi-lingual. They also lived near to the venue and so travel costs were kept to a minimum.

Impact & Result

• The end client was very happy that they received the same level of service from ASK and had actors who were able to understand the culture and speak the language.
