Requirement
The challenge for the client was to bring a workshop Performance Management to life for the delegates and let them experience the application of a range of tools and techniques in a safe environment. The client decided to run Forum Theatre as part of their workshop, RoleplayUK were mandated to supply consultancy services and actors.
Solution
RoleplayUK provided training for the in-house team to deliver and facilitate their own Forum Theatre event. We Developed scripts relating to a range of commonly experienced Performance Management issues that ensured maximum impact and engagement from the delegates. As a result of this the ultimate goal of challenging employee underperformance was successfully achieved.
