Retirement Villages – Conference

Requirement:

To engage delegates in an interactive event that would develop team building across regional sites, develop the company vision and explore the values of the Company in an entertaining and energising way.

Solution:

The agreed solution was a scripted Forum Theatre piece which highlighted the required issues and had a strong comic element.

The audience were then asked to take part in the Forum Theatre piece.  They met and interacted with the characters and offered coaching on how to modify the characters’ behaviours when working in their team.  The fictional team was tasked with providing music, mirth and magic for the conference which, much to the amazement and the loud applause of the delegates, they duly did.

The Forum Theatre generated a unique event for the Company and one which still resonates through the organisation today.
