Client – Bexley College
Requirement:
Bexley College wanted to develop their ongoing commitment to customer service and provide a team building experience for all of their staff, from car park attendant to senior management. This was to be a one off event.
Solution:
A high impact series of scenes were written based on factual data provided from secret customer interactions and followed up by a Forum Theatre Workshop with eighty attendees at each Workshop. This was an energised workshop continually generating strong opinions and lively group dynamics culminating in an exercise to define and celebrate their own brand of customer service.
The service that they use was our Forum Theatre.
