Client – Investment Bank
Requirement:
A major Investment bank wished to enhance the global training for their management teams and felt it needed a training tool that would genuinely reflect their environment and their challenges.
Solution:
We made a series of training videos streamed on the bank’s intranet aimed at managers. We worked together to explore four common appraisal situations that would reflect the international diversity of the company. Writers experienced in financial sector roleplays ensured that the scripts were authentic, and we involved actors familiar with financial language. We then identified the four characteristics the bank wanted to explore. We shot all four videos at the client's offices with its HR team’s assistance and following editing and post-production, the videos are now accessed via the intranet. They clearly illustrate the impact that management techniques have on employees by using roleplay to visually bring it to life.
