Client – Fire & Rescue Services Nationwide
Requirement:
As part of the Fire and Rescue Services Assessment and Development Centres candidates are required to undertake a number of roleplays. They are either a one on one roleplay or a multiple roleplay where there are a number of characters involved. Many of the Fire Services have chosen to use professional actors to portray the various roles to give a realistic and consistent performance.
Solution:
RoleplayUK have been involved in the A & DC toolkits since their inception. Because of this we have an in depth knowledge of what is required as well as the profile of the actors that would be needed.
Using our in house Creative Services Team we have been responsible for training many of the actors in the delivery of the Roleplays to explore and set the levels of behaviour and challenge that will give the level of consistency and credibility required. At all the centres we designate a lead roleplayer who is responsible for on site liaison with the client and co-coordinating the actors over the day.
We are currently working for 20 of the Fire Services nationwide and pride ourselves on being able to provide local actors who will give a consistent a performance against their colleagues in all other areas.
