Client – Cambridge Assessment

Requirement:

To celebrate their cultural diversity and demonstrate their commitment and compliance to Diversity Legislation the Cambridge Assessment Team wanted an interactive solution that would support their awareness programme and help staff to change and challenge inappropriate behaviour.

Solution:

After consultation between Cambridge Assessment and our Creative Services Team a Forum Theatre piece was devised and written referencing the needs analysis data and the culture of the organisation.  This is being delivered across the organistaion with over fifty workshops rolling out across the country.
