Requirement:

To reflect Serco’s corporate responsibility and company values the organisation holds an annual awards ceremony to recognise and celebrate individual employee contributions to local communities and the environment.

Solution:

RoleplayUK was commissioned to script and produce a message aligned entertainment which celebrated the heroism of the individual and acknowledgement of their contribution.

Hero – the Musical was a fictional tale based around historical innovators who made a difference and explored what it takes to be a Hero.  With a cast of nine, original music and choreography this was a high value production with exceptional impact and longevity in the minds of those attending.
